What should be the ceiling on the loggia? There are many different processing options, which have different characteristics, which are associated with the features and rules of its application. It is not desirable to violate them. In a similar situation, it will release toxic substances. Plastic is not at all suitable for an open balcony, and it deforms at low temperatures. However, the panels are successfully operated on closed loggias. They perfectly level the surface and do not load the ceiling.
If you need a material that is not afraid of high humidity and low temperatures, as well as immune to the influence of microorganisms, you should choose metal treatment. It will hide all communicative elements and will not scare you with the potential possibility of spontaneous combustion. A stretch ceiling is a great alternative. Moisture-resistant fabrics respond well to temperature changes.
